The Buchanan Clan is one of Scotland’s oldest Highland clans, traditionally rooted along the eastern shore of Loch Lomond in Stirlingshire. Known for their motto "Clarior Hinc Honos" (“Brighter hence the honour”), the Buchanans have a long history of service as loyal supporters of the Scottish crown and as skilled warriors.

how ordering trews works
Choose a tartan. We have over 250 available. Take some simple measurements. If you don't have a tape measure, order a tartan sample and measuring pack. This includes a measuring guide and a tape.
Place your order and after checkout, email us with your measurements. Make sure to include your order number.
Sit back and relax. Once you receive your trews, if you need any adjustments, we can reimburse the cost of alterations.
