Drummond of Perth (Modern)

your tartan, your story
Clan Drummond traces its origins to the 11th century, traditionally beginning with Maurice, a Hungarian noble who accompanied Margaret (later Saint Margaret) to Scotland and received lands in Perthshire. The family rose to prominence during the Wars of Independence, with a Drummond credited in legend with deploying caltrops at Bannockburn, and their influence deepened when Annabella Drummond became Queen of Scotland as the wife of Robert III.
