Musselburgh, located just east of Edinburgh, boasts a rich ancient history. The town’s name, derived from Old English, reflects its historical connection to mussel shellfish. Over the centuries, Musselburgh evolved, becoming a burgh of barony around 1315 and later a burgh of regality in 1562.

how ordering trews works
Choose a tartan. We have over 250 available. Take some simple measurements. If you don't have a tape measure, order a tartan sample and measuring pack. This includes a measuring guide and a tape.
Place your order and after checkout, email us with your measurements. Make sure to include your order number.
Sit back and relax. Once you receive your trews, if you need any adjustments, we can reimburse the cost of alterations.
